The product
What are the dimensions? How much space do I need?
The Catwheel™ wheel has a 114 cm outer diameter and an internal running diameter of approximately 103 cm. Check the available space and your cat’s build before choosing a spot. Place the base on a flat, stable floor with clear access.
What is the maximum cat weight?
The stated maximum supported weight is 11 kg. Also check your cat’s build and the running diameter of approximately 103 cm. Breed or weight alone cannot confirm whether the size suits them.
Is it noisy? Can it be used at night?
Rotation is quiet, but the wheel is not silent. The sound depends on the floor, your cat’s pace and its location. Place the base on a flat, stable surface.
Is it difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Allow about 30 minutes, with no tools whatsoever: the parts fit together by hand and the illustrated instructions are included in the box. Once assembled, the wheel is ready for your cat straight away.
How does the built-in pedometer work?
The pedometer built into the base displays the distance travelled. Check the display during sessions and observe your cat’s activity as they explore the wheel.
Can the running mat be replaced?
Yes. The track is lined with a removable carpet: you can take it off in a couple of minutes to wash or replace it. Non-slip, it gives excellent grip while protecting your cat’s paw pads and claws.

Your cat & training
Will my cat actually use it?
Every cat responds at its own pace. Start with the wheel stationary, then use play and rewards to encourage a few steps without forcing it. If the wheel is not right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms of our trial offer. For guidance: gradual training guide.
How long does it take them to learn?
The guide supports gradual familiarisation at your cat’s pace. Repeat steps as needed, keep sessions short and let your cat walk away whenever it wants. Some cats prefer other activities.
Which breeds and types of cat is it suited to?

From what age can my cat use it?
As soon as they are agile and confident enough to get on and off the track by themselves. With a kitten, take it gently: very short sessions, always as a game, never insisting.
My cat is older or overweight — is it suitable?
For an overweight or older cat, or one with a health problem, ask your vet before introducing the wheel. The activity should take account of their health, build and reactions.
I have several cats — can they share it?
The wheel is used by one cat at a time, but the whole household can take turns. Good news: friendly rivalry usually works to your advantage — once one cat has understood the idea, the second normally learns much faster just by watching.
Could their claws get caught?
The track has a continuous carpet mat. Check the assembly, mat attachment and condition of the wheel as instructed. Place the base on a stable floor and supervise your cat during its first uses.

Guarantee, returns & payment
“30-day money-back guarantee”: how does it work?
If the wheel is not right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms of our trial offer. Refunds follow the terms published on Guarantee & returns.
How do I return the product?
For a change-of-mind return during the 30-day trial, the customer pays the direct return shipping costs. Email contact@catwheel.store with your order number to receive instructions and the return address before sending the parcel. Returns due to a defect, delivery damage or our error are handled at no cost to you. Your statutory rights continue to apply. Returns are sent to Poland, to the address provided by email. We offer returns and refunds, without commercial exchanges; remedies under statutory guarantees remain available.
What if the product arrives damaged?
If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours. Photos help us process the issue; this recommended timeframe does not limit your rights. We will assess a suitable solution, such as a replacement or sending a missing part. contact form.
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. You can pay by card, PayPal or Shop Pay: every transaction is protected by SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
