After dispatch, use the tracking link and number sent by email to view carrier updates. This page does not contain a tracking form. If you cannot find the email, contact contact@catwheel.store with your order number.
Cannot find your tracking number?
Check your spam folder first: the dispatch email sometimes slips in there. If it is still nowhere to be found, write to us with your order number — we will resend your tracking number within 24 h.
A reminder of our delivery times
Standard delivery is free to the destinations we serve: an estimated 3–7 business days from order to receipt, including preparation, also for the UK, US and Australia. See the country list on our Shipping page.
