2. Products

The products’ essential characteristics, dimensions and prices are shown on their product pages.

Photographs and lifestyle scenes illustrate the products. The characteristics expressly stated on the product page are the reference information.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency offered to the customer and include applicable taxes where these are due and included.

Any shipping charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

The total amount payable is displayed before payment is confirmed.

4. Orders

The customer selects the desired product, provides the information needed for delivery and checks the order summary before making payment.

The order becomes final after payment is validated, subject to the necessary fraud-prevention checks and product availability.

A confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during ordering.

Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at secure checkout.

6. Delivery

The destinations served, shipping charges and delivery times are specified in our Shipping Policy and, where necessary, during ordering.

For all destinations we serve, including the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, the estimated total time is 3 to 7 business days, including preparation.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales applies, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

After notification, the goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period.

8. Commercial 30-day trial

Catwheel also offers a commercial period of 30 days from receipt during which the customer can request the return of the wheel under the conditions of our Refund Policy.

This commercial guarantee is additional to the consumer’s statutory rights and neither replaces nor limits them.

9. Refunds and returns

The conditions, time limits and procedures for returns and refunds are detailed in our Refund Policy, accessible on the website.

10. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where their conditions are met.

These rights exist independently of the commercial 30-day guarantee offered by Catwheel.

11. Liability

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.

No provision of these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Details of personal data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.

For consumers residing in another country, this choice does not deprive them of any more protective mandatory provisions to which they are entitled under applicable law.
