Terms of use of the Catwheel website

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of catwheel.store. They do not replace the contractual information applicable to an order, its delivery, returns and statutory guarantees. For any question about the store, contact contact@catwheel.store.

2. Fair use of the website

Use the website in accordance with the law and the rights of others. Attempted unauthorised access, identity theft, fraudulent orders, sending malicious software and actions intended to disrupt its operation are prohibited.

3. Information and account

Provide accurate, up-to-date information, particularly so that we can contact you and deliver your orders. If you use an account, keep your login details confidential and promptly report any suspicious use to contact@catwheel.store. This precaution does not make you automatically liable for fraudulent access.

4. Product presentation

We aim to present products accurately. Photos, videos and staged scenes illustrate their appearance or use; colours may display differently depending on your screen. These visuals do not reduce your right to receive a product matching the stated characteristics or your statutory guarantees. Please report any inconsistency to us.

5. Intellectual property

Protected content, trademarks and graphic elements on the website belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Viewing them does not grant any right to exploit them. Any reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, unless a legal exception applies.

6. Reviews and contributions

Where contributions are enabled, your reviews must reflect a real experience and remain respectful. Do not post false testimonials, unlawful content or personal data relating to other people. A review must not be excluded solely because it is negative.
